Hey there! I'm Trista, a Registered Dietitian who has worked with hundreds of women over the years to help them gain control over their hormones and ditch the dieting mentality.
I've obtained a Master's Degree in Nutrition Communication, an Undergraduate Degree in Applied Human Nutrition, and have continued my education in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Disordered Eating and Motivational Interviewing.
In my free time, I love to explore my home city of Toronto with a coffee in hand. I also love to travel near and far to explore different cuisines!
